Why Stage ?
"Staging speeds up sales in a sluggish market, and can
bump up prices 2% to 10% in a moderate market. The
biggest advantage occurs with luxury homes or in a
market with bidding wars over properties, where effective
staging can boost prices by 30% to 50%."

STAGING ® TO SELL
Staging® To Sell is the process of preparing any home for sale, regardless of price or location. Using a proven professional set of guidelines, your house is reviewed for compliance with preset standards, and any modifications are made if necessary. Once your house meets these criteria, a Staged® Home Certificate will be issued and your home will be registered as a Staged® Home. This entitles your home to a special marketing program developed to promote those homes who have been designated as Staged® Homes.
Buyers must be able to visualize themselves living in a home before they decide to buy. Mentally moving into a home can be challenging whether it be full of furniture or vacant. Staging® homes helps create an environment that makes this process easier for a broader spectrum of buyers and therefore maximizes a home’s selling potential.
"‘Staging to live,’ as it's called, is the logical next step. Having come to appreciate the clean, uncluttered look the stager achieved in their old homes, sellers are rehiring stagers to work the same magic in their new home. But this time, instead of seeking to depersonalize your abode, the emphasis is on organizing, decluttering, and rearranging to ‘de-stress’ the environment ."
