Home Consultation with Detailed Written Report		This service includes a room by room walkthrough with you, the homeowner. We offer verbal suggestions followed by an in depth written report recommending changes in order of priority. This is an excellent service for the do it yourselfer. We will also recommend professional and experienced painting, cleaning, carpentry, electrical and landscape contractors for you to hire to complete the necessary work. We will do as little or as much as you would like to help complete the list.
Project Management Report Implementation		If you do not have the time or desire to tackle the written report on your own we will oversee the list completion for an hourly fee. We will do as little or as much as you would like offering the following services. We will coordinate the contractors, Let them into the property and remain onsite to ensure the quality and timeliness of the work. We will also shop for any necessary items indicated on the written report to prepare your house for sale.
Home Staging® Service		When your written report is completed we return to your home and arrange your existing furniture and accessories, supplementing with our own inventory when necessary, to showcase your homes most desirable features for a fast and profitable sale. The quoted flat fee includes transport, loading, delivery, setup and de-staging once the house sells.
Vacant Home Staging® Service		Staged® homes show better and sell better than vacant homes! Whether you are a homeowner who has already moved or are a builder who wants to showcase a spec home we can create a selling look for your property in as little as one week. We use our own inventory of furniture and accessories in addition to our discounted furniture rental sources to stage your home to be a stunning “model home.” The quoted flat fee includes transport, loading, delivery, setup and de-staging after the home sells.
Virtual Imaging Services		We offer immersive panoramic photography services using state-of-the-art equipment and processing. We meet all of your digital photography needs and host your virtual tour in as little as one week so you can sell the home for top dollar and in the least amount of time! We offer several virtual imaging options you can choose including capture, layout and hosting options! Every tour will be customized with your specific branding information and we can even provide custom layout using your floor plans. We can also host your tour on such broad reaching websites as homestore.com and realtor.com!
New Home Staging® and Design Service		Moving is both exciting and overwhelming. For a quoted flat fee we can help the transition be a more positive and rewarding experience with three simple steps. We will take inventory with you of your existing furniture and accessories prior to move in day. We will also look at your new home’s floor plan to determine the best placement of your furniture to optimize the space. We will create a list of items you should purchase for your new home (refer to our personal shopping service below if you would like our assistance choosing and finding these items). On the day of the move we will oversee the movers and direct the placement of your furniture as we had previously discussed. When your boxes are unpacked and additional items have been purchased we will return to your home to accessorize, hang pictures and put all the details into your home that makes it uniquely yours.
Personal Shopping Service		For an hourly fee we will shop till we drop for you. Whether you are overwhelmed by decorating choices or simply do not have the time to buy accessories and/or furniture for your home we will make it our mission to find that perfect item passing on any designer discounts that we receive. Following your approval of the item we will place/install it in your home for no additional charge.
Color Consultation		Color is one of the most dramatic changes one can make to their space. It can tie a room together visually and it even can affect our mood. Whether you have no idea where to begin or you just would like a second opinion we will offer color consultations for an hourly fee. We will also recommend (at no additional charge) a number of professional and timely painting contractors you can hire to complete the work.
